Dear Santosh,

KSITM released a english malayalam dictionary as part of Malayalam
Computing Campaign. It is available to download at
http://malayalam.kerala.gov.in/index.php/Dictionary .The software is
released under GNU GPL v3. I think the database included is also under
the same license as it is part of the software. We can use that
database to build further.
