You can fix the GPG key errors by running the following commands

wget -q http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/387EE263.gpg -O- | sudo
apt-key add -
wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo
apt-key add -
sudo apt-get update
