[smc-discuss] DeJaVu with Racha glyphs for testing

After discussion with DeJaVu team, which proposed me to add all those
glyphs, ligature etc of Rachana 04 to Dejavu Serif font, latest version.
The changing was merely a ten minute work, and the result is published for
testing at http://hiran.v.googlepages.com/DRachana.ttf

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FONT IS DEJAVU SERIF. THE CHANGE OF THE NAME IS DONE
ONLY FOR SIMPLICITY WHILE TESTING AND NEVER CONSIDER IT AS A NEW FONT OR A
FORK TO DEJAVU PROJECT. THE FILE IS MARKED AS UNSTABLE.
