Malayalam Computing is a technical term that is more associated with
development of computing facilities for malayalam usage - which is
more of a "development work". If the intention had been to involve
more people for such development tasks, then the Project Teams
associated with it should have been there at the first place, whose
expertise could have been made use of to explain or discuss.

 From the Press and other media, it appears as if the Government was
appealing to people to create and contribute more content in Malayalam
and make it a medium of expression while communicating too, which is a
different vision.

My suggestion to SMC would be to follow this up with a round of
"Technical Malayalam Computing - HOWTOs", so that we have more
developers contributing to it. Then for SMC, Government would appear
to have invested heavily in doing the prelims round of creating
awareness on the theme, from where SMC can take off perfectly.
