[ilug-tvm] Translation

Hi
I had visited http://fci.wikia.com/wiki/KDE/മലയാളം
I gather there are a lot of packages that are remaning to be translated.
Can I be of any help?
I do not know how to translate.
Is there a good tutorial available or can some one show me how?
