Dear All
This is a great opportunity for our community in following means
1. This will be the largest free software conference organized in Kerala in terms of reputation of speakers,no of participants, number of international delegates, community participation and all

2. The conference venue is Mascot Hotel and the exhibition is arranged at Kanakakkunnu palace(where our first social activity took place). The organizing committee agreed to spare 10 out of 50 stalls for the free software community for the dissemination of freedom concept.

3.The conference at Mascot focus mainly on the delegates, mean while the exhibition envisaged to convey the public the importance and necessity of freedom in digital world and to educate them regarding the contributions of Free Software movement to the society. The public have the very right to know about all these as they are the sole sponsors of this event directly and indirectly.

We must have to take this challenge wholeheartedly and this event needs a larger volume of volunteers than our previous successful programs.
If we can deliver well then our community will be aknowledged internationally for our commitment to the freedom movements.

A GENERAL BODY OF OUR COMMUNITY IS THE NEED OF HOUR AND WHEN SHALL WE FIX THAT ? REMEMBER THE TIME IS RUNNING SHORT (DEC-9-11,2008)

Personally I feel every member of our community should attend the meeting so fix the date according to that.
