സ്വതന്ത്ര സോഫ്റ്റ്​വെയര്‍ അത് പ്രതിനിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്വതന്ത്രാശയങ്ങളുടെ
പേരിലാണ് പ്രകീര്‍ത്തിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്. അഭിപ്രായസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം
നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നിടത്ത് സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിനെന്തു പ്രസക്തി ? സ്വതന്ത്ര
സോഫ്റ്റ്​വെയര്‍ പ്രമോട്ട് ചെയ്യാനിവര്‍ക്കു കഴിയുന്നതെങ്ങനെ ? ക്ഷണിച്ചു
വരുത്തിയ അതിഥിയോടുള്ള അവരുടെ ഈ പെരുമാറ്റം , അവരുടെ ലക്ഷ്യമെന്തെന്ന് സ്വയം
വെളിവാക്കുന്നു. സോഫ്റ്റ്​വെയര്‍ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ ദീര്‍ഘകാല വക്താവായ
അനിവറിനോടുള്ള അവരുടെ അസഹിഷ്ണതയില്‍ നിന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതെന്താണ് ?
