Hmm, yet another IM! I hope anyone supporting them use their underlying
capability more than merely re-implementing existing keyboard layouts
there.

Currently to just indicate if a complete font (covering all rendering
aspects of language/script) exists.

This was just put when some work had started, probably a separate list CMS
supporting Indic can be put (drupal, moodle, mediawiki, plone etc).
