There are some updates to Malayalam.

KDE translation is at 22% so it should be work in progress.
In Applications,

Firefox is green (3.1 will come with Malayalam)
Konqueror is at 64%
Malayalam dictionary is there (work in progress)

I see Dhavi support yello for many languages, may be Sathosh can
clarify if more languages have it green.
