[smc-discuss] malayalam chill letter in windows xp with meera font

presuming that you are using Firefox, install the following addons to solve
your problems [without installing any new font, you can still use Meera]

1. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/873/
2. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7289/
