[smc-discuss] Include 'how to setup malayalam in your browser' in english in smc-wiki.

I happened to use a system that had no malayalam support whatsoever.I
decided to install malayalam fonts.For links to download fonts i
visited http://wiki.smc.org.in/ the page was in malayalam and was
badly renedered in firefox(Remember it had not even malayalam fonts.)

So shouldn't a short how-to be written in the wiki main page
(_in_english_) to be viewed from unsupported browsers?
