[smc-discuss] License is not specified in Govt's Bhashamithram packages

As per Kerala IT Policy, it is mandatory to publish all Govt Software
releases under Free Software Licenses
The 3 Dictionaries developed by CDIT (Thesaurus, malayalam -English
dict, English malayalam dict) is not available to download from above
page and No  License is specified there for the package. It seems CDIT
developed the compilation with web Front end.


We must write a Letter to IT Mission to release it under a GPL
Compatible Licence (Preferably GPLv3) to make it available in all Free
Software Platforms.
SMC can do it without any cost/support.
