Yes, Once we are done with testing we will submit this to m17n upstream(http://cvs.m17n.org/viewcvs/m17n/m17n-contrib/im/). Then it will be available in all distros.

Sebin, 
1. We need to create a wiki page for this with usage instructions and keyboard layout.
2. We need an icon image for this ml-remington.mim - a png image with name  ml-remington.png This will be used as keyboard indicator icon in desktop panel.
3. We should place this files in our input-methods git http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/smc/input-methods.git (instructions: http://wiki.smc.org.in/Git)
