[smc-discuss] malayalam font

i dwnloaded

 # apt-get install scim
  # apt-get install scim-gtk2-immodule
then downloaded

swanalekha_0.3.1_2.tar.gz<http://ftp.twaren.net/Unix/NonGNU/smc/Swanalekha/swanalekha_0.3.1_2.tar.gz>
when i go to the drive were i installed this and type make ,i receive the
followng message
mkdir -p  ./bin
sed -e \\'s, at SCIM_ICONDIR@,/usr/share/scim/icons,g\\' ./src/
Malayalam-phonetic.txt.in > ./bin/Malayalam-phonetic.txt
scim-make-table ./bin/Malayalam-phonetic.txt -b -o
./bin/Malayalam-phonetic.bin
make: scim-make-table: Command not found
make: *** [bin/Malayalam-phonetic.bin] Error 127
