In Gnu/Linux desktops if a glyph is not found in a selected font, it will
use the glyph available from a fallback font. So if rupees symbol is not
there in meera or any font we maintain, it will be taken from ubuntu or
sans/serf fonts.
Should we add rupees symbol in our font? If so why? What are the pros and
cons of depending on fallback font?
