Thanks for testing. It looks like you have both smc-fonts-5.0.1 and
smc-fonts-4.4 installed! Try these first:
$ sudo yum remove smc*fonts*5.0.1*
$ sudo rpm -Uvh /path/to/smc*fonts*5.0.1*.rpm

I assume you have downloaded the RPMS from
http://rajeeshknambiar.fedorapeople.org/smc-fonts-5.0.1/ ?
A newer build is available in official Fedora repositories which does
proper deprecation of 4.4 version fonts. Could you try those as well (
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=6067 )?
