When there is no way to connect to interent, this obviously doesn't work :P

Ashik Debian CD-1 doesn't contain all required software as it is
really hard to compress every required bit into single CD. There was
quite long discussion on debian-devel on this. What would I suggest
you is get another CD (preferably 2 and 3) and once you place them
inside the CD rom run apt-cdrom add and try running apt-get update and
then try to install wvdial usb-modeswitch packages once installed run
wvdialconf connecting your usb data card once it detects the USB you
should be able to connect using wvdial command
