If anyone wants to start right away. This is the workflow I suggest.

1. Clone the repo using git
https://gitorious.org/logbook-of-an-observer/logbook-of-an-observer
2. Add the new article as tex file. you can search for articles by
santhosh, suresh, satyan mash, vasudev, jawahar, neeba in smc
archives. hospital logs are also in smc archives. If you see long
lines, I suggest you break it so that it is easy to spot changes.
Commit it.
3. Start making changes and commit changes.
4. Push it to repo if you have commit access, otherwise send it as
patch here (git format-patch)
