The problem is not with the output, but with your browser. I could see the
visual chillu character representation in your above mail.

The mozhi version you are using is producing the old chillus which is a
combination of consonant plus visarga plus zero width joiner. (Now atomic
chillus are also available). I hope you are either using google chrome or
chromium. In both these browsers, zwj is ignored, and the rendering will
fail. View this mail in firefox and see the difference.
