[smc-discuss] Silpa site throwing internal server error

Hi guys,
Silpa site is not accessible.  It's showing an Internal Server Error :
http://silpa.org.in

Am a newbie in this discussions.  So, pardon me if this's the wrong way to
let the team know about this issue.
