Outcome of our meeting

A draft of the privacy policy of poddery.com is as follows.
1. Root access is given to 3 podmins
2. Password is shared between these three podmins, and is encrypted
using a shared GPG key
3. Database is stored in a separate encrypted partition
4. The three podmins comply to this privacy policy.

Need your comments and suggestions on finalizing the same.

The Chamba project is an open 3D animation movie project, which is
planned to be done using Blender and released under open license. The
Chamba project has completed Its scripting phase. Also the storyboard
of the project have been completed. Few of the characters have been
designed but the modeling of the same is pending. In order to complete
the next

Phase 1 : Scripting – Selecting a story from different entries –
Completed – Selected Entry “Blue 	    Planet”
Phase2 : Character Design – Visualize the characters on paper - Completed
Phase 3 : Story Board – Visualize the screens on paper – Completed
Phase 4 : Character Modeling – Creating the 3D model of characters
using Blender – Current Phase
Phase 5 : Animation – Pending
Phase 6 : Rendering

In order to complete the character modeling phase, we are hiring
designers to work on it.

Why Chamba project is important?
“I have seen open animation movies from Blender foundation and others.
I found that they have done that as a dedicated team. When I found the
discussions of chamba project, the concept of many people from
different places coming together to make a movie, playing their own
small parts, seemed interesting. I thought that I could be  part of
this effort. That led me to this project.”

I see Chamba project as an opportunity to be a part of a great team to
work on technical aspects of video rendering,data handling and the
hardware/software parts and to contribute to the free community in the
way possible by me.
