As of now we have redhat and centre for Internet and society as supporting
sponsors and icfoss as a participating sponsor. But some more steps need to
be completed for assuring CIS sponsorship . CIS will take/refund some of
our bills. But details need to be discussed.I have received info from
Redhat that payment will be delayed. ICFOSS's 50k is expecting this week.
In between we forced to switch main hall in academy on 14th afternoon to
another hall in academy  due to a program by chief minister ( if there is a
govt pgm booking will be automatically cancelled. But since we had a talk
with secretary prior to that and he likes the program they alotted another
hall )and it will cost extra expense .

Our community contribution so far is 45k .  We can do the event with this
money in minimal level. But we need to cut short at many points.  (Example.
No video recordings. Capping publicity expenses , reducing guests from
other languages, etc  )  Also  there is a need of advancing money . Our
actual budget for this event was 4lakh.

So We need more contributions and more promotion of our supporter passes.

Also I request all of you to register in http://smc12.doattend.com so we
will get clarity on numbers.
