[smc-discuss] Question mark

I do believe so.
My phone is xolo q800 running on android jelly bean 4.1.2.

When I searched almost all sites says, I must perform a rooting.

Any other suggestions to fix it ?

Even I can't read malayalam contents in the browser( both default & chrome)
too.
