[smc-discuss] [FEC:129191] Delhi government for free software

Richard had meeting with L K Advani, Prasath Bushan,  and Arvind Kejriwal
at Delhi. Some important Congress leaders are expected to meet him today.
For these meeting to be fruitful community will also have to act.
