[smc-discuss] ZWS vs ZWNJ for Malayalam input

Hi,

Is there any usecase in Malayalam input where ZWS is required ?
In m17n input method for Inscript 1 and Inscript 2, ZWS is not given
whereas I can see it in the XKB file for Malayalam input (Inscript).
Also Jishnu has added ZWS to new Android Indic Keyabord
(It is based on XKB ?)

I read these documents about ZWS:

But I don't see any reference to Malayalam use cases there.
