Hi,

What are the free fonts with Malayalam glyphs available through
major GNU/Linux distributions ?

I just created a section here to list them, feel free to update it:

Well, sometimes these fonts make issues (especially when its default
in the system). I just removed GNU Freefont from my system as the
rendering is not perfect.

It looks like GNU Freefont maintenance is very active, probably
we should send patches to that project. Any takers ?
