In Inscript 2 standard by Gov of India, ">" is mapped to ല്‍.
And the dot reph is not defined in the keyboard layout(At least in the 
version dated October 2010). I am not sure about any updates in the 
standard.

So, we will be breaking the standard if we assign dotreph at ">".
