Sure, I will try to test as an end user. I don't have much idea about font
technology.  I have added SMC mailing list in CC here.

Issue #1: Glyph for "Malayalam Digit Zero" U+0D66 should be changed

Fonts like Rachana & Lohit has changed the glyph as given in the above doc.
