[smc-discuss] Debian 9.0 "Stretch" release parties

Two years back, we organized 16 release parties in 11 districts of
Kerala for debian 8.0 "jessie". See

It would be a good idea to talk to the people who organized last time.

Stretch release is planned for June 17.
