[smc-discuss] Malayalam Annotated Corpus released

I am zipping it from Mac, I do not know how it is getting corrupted!!!!
Yeah now Deity is Meity(Ministry of electronics and IT).

AboobackerJi, First look at the data set and how it could be used for NLP
based applications for Malayalam.
Later, if you need any special licence, I try to get it from the
TTO(Technology Transfer Office) here..
https://tto.iiit.ac.in/
But do not write to them before you use it...
