അഞ്ചു് വർഷം നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ബദൽ സേവനങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയതിന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ പറയുന്നതാ, ഇതു് വലിയ ചിലവുള്ള പരിപാടിയൊന്നുമല്ല. വികേന്ദ്രീകൃതമായി, സുന്ദരമായി നമ്മൾ സ്കേൽ ചെയ്യുന്നുമുണ്ടു്.

Poddery.com expense is approx 10 rupees per user per year and we have raised that amount with just handful of contributors.

The biggest challenge I see is the laziness of Free Software community in taking this problem head on.

We have a history of building Free Software, beating the big corporates. The difference is, we had visionaries then, who had the conviction and willingness to take on the challenge. On the contrary we have lots of lazy people who looks for the smallest excuses not to do anything.

Just compare the technical level required to install GNU/Linux 10 years back and installing riot app or signing up for a diaspora account. Then you'll realize the height of lazyness.

You have to understand the depth of the two issues. I keep repeating this theory, instead of Zuckerberg, if Adani or Ambani were on the other side, I doubt the result would be same. I think Zuckerberg was naive trying to convinse people through ads, if he had bribed instead, probably a different result would be here. There are theories anyway, but the fact is, in Aadhar, we are up against a govt that will do anything it wants even discarding the Supreme Court orders in contrast with a gentleman trying to convinse people through mass media.
