[smc-discuss] WhatsApp and mental torture in school communities

There is a [the] government order clearly specifying the teacher can use
Social Media/Phone/anything else to communicate with the students.
WhatsApp is being enforced in the lower levels. The govt should release
at least a circular to prevent the torture related to this.
