A few first hand opinions:<br>
<br>
1. Superb boot time - I booted in 18 seconds flat. Shutdown time 14<br>
seconds. General responsiveness is also much better.<br>
2. Support for fingerprint readers - you should now be able to login<br>
with a swipe of finger<br>
3. Kernel Mode Setting is enabled by default on Intel video cards -<br>
works without a glitch, and better X.org performance<br>
4. Ext4 as default file system<br>
5. Malayalam rendering as good as F10, Meera being default font.<br>
6. Release notes in Malayalam<br>
