Hi,<br>
The locale definition for Malayalam has LC_MONETARY with<br>
currency_symbol value as "<U0D30><U0D42>"<br>
See /usr/share/i18n/locales/ml_IN<br>
"<U0D30><U0D42>" means "രൂ"<br>
My question is, shouldn't we update the locale with the monetary sign<br>
with <U20B9> (the rupee symbol ₹ ) ?<br clear="all"></blockquote></div><br>Yes, we should. The rupee symbol should be used.<br>-- <br>Regards,<br>Anish A<br><br><a href="http://identi.ca/aneeshnl" target="_blank">http://identi.ca/aneeshnl</a><br>
