Off topic SMC<br><br>Social media policy looks good but implementation is very very difficult.<br><br>PWD started facebook and google group; stopped when KSTP consultant left. Then they asked to blog about the problems and queries. The blog site was created after spending few lakhs.<br>
<br>I wrote few blogs.None of blogs got the reply. <br>If you ask few uncomfortable questions on the social media they will easily ban you.<br>I was banned from NHAI fb page.<br>When called upon NHAI fb admin in Delhi, he told there was direction from MORTH to ban me on NHAI fb site.<br>

എത്ര കോടിയാണ് സിഡാക്കും മറ്റും ഈടാക്കുന്നത്. കോടികളുടെ പണം. <br>ഇത്
കാര്യമായി നടപ്പാക്കിയാല്‍ അതാത് വകുപ്പില്‍ ഒരു ഇന്റേണല്‍ ടീമിനെ
പരിശീലിപ്പിച്ചെടുത്ത് വര്‍ഷാവര്‍ഷം ചിലവാക്കുന്ന പണം ലാഭിക്കാം.<br>
<br>സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പദ്ധതികള്‍ പുറംകമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് കൊടുക്കുമ്പോള്‍
ചെറുകിട-ഇടത്തരം കമ്പനികളെ കൂടി പരിഗണിക്കണം. അല്ലാതെ പോയ മൂന്ന് വര്‍ഷമായി
കുറഞ്ഞത് 10 കോടി വാര്‍ഷിക വിറ്റുവരവ് ഉള്ള എന്നൊക്കെ പറയുന്നത്
സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനകത്ത് നിന്ന് പൊങ്ങി വരുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ മുളയിലേ നുള്ളുന്നത്
പോലെ ആണ്<br>
<br>അക്ഷയ സംരംഭകരെ പറ്റി പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ മലപ്പുറത്തിനപ്പുറം അക്ഷയ
പരാജയമായിരുന്നു എന്നതാണ് അനുഭവം. ചിലയിടങ്ങളില്‍ അക്ഷയക്കാര്‍ സംഘടന വരെ
ഉണ്ടാക്കി. പത്ത് വര്‍ഷം മുന്നെ വന്ന അക്ഷയ പൂര്‍ണമായും ഉടച്ച് വാര്‍ക്കുക
ആണ് വേണ്ടത്. ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ സംഗതി കൂടുതല്‍ വഷളാകും.<br>
<br><br>കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ പറയട്ടെ. പോയ സര്‍ക്കാരുകളുടെ ഐടി നയം എങ്ങനെ ഒക്കെ എത്രമാത്രം നടപ്പാക്കി എന്നൊരു <b>തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കി പത്രം</b>
കൂടി വയ്ക്കണം. ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പോയ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പറഞ്ഞത് എല്ലാ
ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്കും ഇമെയില്‍, ഇനി അത് വഴി ആണ് പരമാവധി ആശയവിനിമയം എന്നത്
പോലെ ആകും. ഇതിന്റെ പേരില്‍ സിഡിറ്റ് എത്ര രൂപ ഈടാക്കി എന്ന് നോക്കിയാല്‍
മിക്കവാറും ഞെട്ടും. എന്നിട്ട് ഈ തുകയ്ക്ക് ചേര്‍ന്ന മാറ്റം
സെക്രട്ടറിയേറ്റില്‍ ഉണ്ടായോ? ഇല്ലങ്കില്‍ എന്തിനാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ
ആവര്‍ത്തനവിരസമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ വെറുതെ താളുകള്‍ നിറയ്ക്കാനും സിഡിറ്റിനോ
സിഡാക്കിനൊ പണമൂട്ടാനോ വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ഐടി നയത്തില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്. <br>
