<p>A small summary of yesterday.</p>
<p>Balu reached Lulu mall around 9.30 and Anish joined him at 10. Me and Vishnu reached by 10.30. Manoj, Sooraj, Akhilan and Nandaja couldn't join because they had other commitments. Jishnu and Hiran joined us for lunch.</p>

<p>Poddery.com hosting:<br>
With the recent shutdown of <a href="http://lavabit.com">lavabit.com</a>, we decided to drop the plan to go with amazon for hosting even though it would cost us higher. Being able to give a basic guarantee of privacy is essential.</p>

<p>Poddery.com frontpage:<br>
Hiran agreed to do the UX part, Balu and Jishnu will do the coding part. We will need contributors list, sign in form, place for highlighting similar fund raising efforts. It was decided to do it as single page design.</p>

<p>T Shirts:<br>
Only 5 persons requested T Shirts and it significantly helped us financially as we were initially planning for 25 T Shirts and cost of 400 Euros. Hiran and Balu will take care of the logistics.</p>

<p>Poddery.com privacy policy:<br>
We started with a draft, Balu/Anish will share it. We will need to finalize hosting before we can decide on legal strategy about government requests. It depends on which country is our hosting provider is.</p>
<p>Fosscommunity.in wiki:<br>
Balu clarified we still have the database dump and he needs 34gb space to extract it. Anish offered to provide this. Hrishi and Balu will complete this.</p>
<p>Chamba fundraising:<br>
We started writing the text for the campaign. We need help from Milad and Gpathy to fix a target for fund raising and detailed plan for the next stage. We will use the video created by Shravan and add the current status (script, character design and story board). </p>

<p>Praseetha/Gpathy/Lal Krishna, please record a video about your work and experience with chamba which we can use in the campaign video.</p>
