Revert "Add lookup rules to suppress dotted circle before ാം and ാമത്തെ"

This reverts commit d3395a18e6eebc4f8d211adb87e2a60510e7731c.

Harfbuzz automatically supresses dotted circle if the entire cluster
is rendered with the same (Malayalam) font. Testing an HTML file with
explicit 1-ാം, 1-ാമത്തെ, 1ാം, 1ാമത്തെ confirms thiirms this.
By default, if the digit/dash is rendered with a non-Malayalam font
(separated cluster), this doesn't work though.
