കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കാനും, എളുപ്പത്തില്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കാനും സാധിക്കുുണ്ടെ്
ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക എതും ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നിലനില്‍ക്കുന്ന
ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ വിഭജനത്തെ മറികടക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന നിരവധി സാധ്യതകൾ കേരളത്തില്‍
