[Student-projects] firefoxos.ime : GSoC Final Report

Yes, it is installable on FirefoxOS 2.0+ versions.

It can be tested by cloning the repo and using Firefox browser to push the
app to either the 2.0 Simulator or to a device having FirefoxOS 2.0+.

However, I've not yet submitted it to the Marketplace nor pushed it do
Gaia. Will do it on advice of Tim and Rudy.
