[Student-projects] A spell checker for indic language that understands inflections

Hi,

I'm Jaseem Umar, a sophomore computer science undergrad from IIT Bombay. I
got interested in "A spell checker for indic language that understands
inflections" mentored by Santhosh Thottingal.

As given in the statement, I need to attempt this first using Hunspell. I
assume this would require me to find patterns of inflections and
agglutinations, and creating a Hunspell dict accordingly. Please correct me
if I'm wrong.

I have installed the SILPA spellchecker from github, but running the test
file provided is returning fail.
