Hey Ershad,

There's a lot of discussion going on on this topic now at
https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/pull/4998 . Please join it and let me
know in this discussion thread if there are any changes you want me to do.
What they are suggesting includes a lot of changes and somehow it looks
like extending the codebase a lot. Give me some heads up on how to save
particular users preferred languages. Can you check out the
app/views/_publisher_bootstrap.html.haml and let me know where to include
the part to write down the language?
