1) You seem to have uploaded a pdf. If you upload via google docs as
google recommends, it will be easier to give inline feedback.
2) Please try to stick to
http://wiki.smc.org.in/GSoC/2016/application-template as this has a
set of questions that when answered makes your proposal more complete
with respect to other aspects like importance, feasibility, etc.
3) Doing all this still doesn't make the clock go slow and give
mentors more time to go through and give feedback. So, that's there
too.

If you have specific questions about/inside the project proposal,
please feel free to ask in IRC (for quick questions) or mail (for
questions requiring some thinking to answer).
