Dhvani 0.9 beta version is available in sourceforge. 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dhvani
* There was an architecture rewrite and it is a single binary now. 
* Automatic Language detection has been added so that it can read a text even
if a single sentence contains Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi words. 
* Some bugs has been fixed and some added :)
* Users can save the speech file now.

To compile 

./configure
make
sudo make install

Note that it is in beta stage and please report any bugs you find to
santhosh00 at gmail.com
