[smc-discuss] Re: Reading Malayalam in Redhat Linux

Hi Ani, my problem is that my browser (firefox) is not render Malayalam
unicode correctly. At the very first I was not able to read a single
character (It displayed as small boxes),  I  check  something in the net,
did  something in the terminal (I dont know what i did),   install anjali
old lipi,  and  use  smc-mgl.0.0.2.tar.gz, Now I can read Malayalam somehow,
but the display is very poor, looks like wrote in a Malayalam typewritter
;-). Title bar of firefox displays almost fine, including a symbol like
"lightening conductor" after 'chills'. I know nothing about linux, so I
believe this is my best explanation.
