Download the pango patches http://suruma.sarovar.org/patch4pango-1.16.4.tar.bz2
Follow the instructions in that file. Basically it is just a replacement of
pango-indic-fc.so file with the new one.
Dont use the Lohith Malayalam Fonts coming with Fedora. It is a buggy font
Use the supported fonts mentioned in http://suruma.sarovar.org
Please post if you face any problem
