looking for long but never found (would be great to see an indian
edition of it come!).

It may not be within the scope of this book, but there needs some more documentation on typography that can cover in depths of OpenType development (preferably with some information on other methods, tools and platforms too). It should also cover script specific developments beyond Latin such as Arabic, Indic, CJK etc. with some complementary details of underlying rendering as well. In short there is an elementary book available now, there still needs an advanced course.
