Students do their project reports and presentations in GNU/Linux, most
of these documents are only used for on-screen viewing. You can see a
sample newsletter here http://space-kerala.org/Nerkazcha.pdf (it is
made in a workshop on building newsletters organized by a public
library.) Printouts are usually made to send official letters, routine
reports, etc. Some samples they use is available at
http://education.kerala.gov.in (but they are not created using free
software)

I dont have exact statistics of those you are asking for, But if there
is some specific questionnaire or so, we can collect the data from the
teachers directly.
