What about planning a a GNU Privacy Guard (GPG) key signing party in
the sidelines of FSFS Conference

A GPG key signing party enables people from diverse places to verify,
validate and sign each others' GPG keys. This helps build the Web of
Trust, and ultimately moves towards achieving the goal of empowering
individuals with the means for private and secure communications.
