[ilug-tvm] Call for meeting on December 3rd Wednesday

Hello Friends,
This is a call for meeting on 3rd December, 2008 Wednesday. We need to
finalize the tasks for FSFS.IN. So i request everyone's participation.
The meeting will start at 5pm.

Venue: Space-Kerala, C-11 Elankom Gardens, Vellayambalam.
Route: Take (from)Vellayalambalam-(to)Sasthamangalam road. Take the
right turn adjacent to spencers(just before spencers).
(C-11)Space-Kerala office is on the left hand side.
Spencers is around 500meters from Vellayambalam.

1)Prepare a list of people/institutions to be invited.
2)Prepare a list of volunteers.
3)Finalize poster designs.
4)Final Duty assignments.

So I request everyone to prepare a list of institutions/people to be
invited so we can compile them and generate one. Please post it in
this thread.

I request all groups volunteering to send us the volunteers list.
