[smc-discuss] Kindly come Forward - "Locasilation of Swathanthra Software"

Dear Friends

   Hope you all aware of the National Conference on Free Software scheduled
on the 15th & 16th of November, 2008 at the campus of Cochin University of
Science and Technology, Kochi. The theme of the conference is "Free
Software, Free Knowledge, Free Humanity".

   The conference is set to be a milestone in the history of the Free
Software movement in India, which comprises of Plenary Sessions, Seminars,
Open Forums, Workshops, Demonstrations, Exhibitions, and Souvenir
Publication.  More details will be available at http://nfm2008.atps.in

   The organisers requested the SMC activist in Eranakulam to participate in
a two day workshop on "Locasilation of Swathanthra Software" on 15th & 16th
of November, 2008. We have suggested them that the Malayalam translation
session of the workshop can be planned and handled by SMC activists and they
have agreed with this idea.

   If anyone is interested to participate please come forward so that we can
plan it well in advance. Please let me know your suggestions.
